Volunteer Application

Please fill in this form ASAP, so we have volunteer details. There will also be a required signature form at the camp (both volunteer and parent/guardian if volunteer is under 16). All volunteers 18 years old and above require a background check. Camp provides those checks at not cost to the volunteer.
